All welding machines are warranted to be free of defects relating to operation and function for a period of 3 years from date of purchase.
All plasma cutters are warranted to be free of defects relating to operation and function for a period of 1 year.
COMPANION water cooler and PRECISE remote foot control warranted for 1 year. All accessories are warranted for 90 days.
Any returns must be authorized, and be complete with all accessories and original packaging.
Should a warranty claim be necessary, the purchaser is responsible for shipment to base, by insured and tracked shipping carrier, after first securing RMA.
Any evidence of tampering, accident, abuse, or neglect, will void the warranty.
Warranty security seals must be intact for warranty to be valid.
Machines returned for warranty will either be repaired, replacedor or in some circumstances be issued refunds, at our discretion.
The warranty period may at our discretion be extended, but will not be reduced from the stated warranty period in effect at time of purchase.
Warranty card/ liability waiver must be signed and returned within 14 days from date of purchase or warranty will be void and liability waiver terms will remain in force.
